Collision between minibus and truck on Hiram’s Highway

Another day, another accident outside the Centro Building on Hiram’s Highway. Around 11:00 am this morning a green 101 minibus collided with a delivery truck. The minibus driver claimed that he went out of control trying to avoid a dog and swerved into the truck. Both drivers reported that they felt unwell afterwards and needed to be sent to the hospital for treatment.

Police breathalysed both drivers, one 29 years old, the other 56. Both passed. The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
