Why the roads will be closed on 28 January

The 2018 Gammon China Coast Marathon will see hundreds of runners set off from the Pak Tam Chung barrier at 8:00 am on Sunday 28 January. This will necessitate the closure of the Pak Tam Chung and Tai Mong Tsai Roads in the Country Park during the morning.

The roads leading to the start of the race will be closed completely between 7:50 – 8:10 am and 8:20 – 8:40 am. Between 8:00 am – 2:00 pm there will be traffic control along the 300m stretch of road between the barrier and Pak Tam Chung Road.
